Shipping
Local shipping (Singapore):
Local shipping is via Singpost (non-registered mail) and will be shipped within 48 hours after order has been paid for and confirmed. Shipping is calculated by weight for each item.
The shipment typically takes about 5-7 days and may be delivered to your letterbox. Please contact us asap if your order has not reached you after 10 days. Any claims for orders not delivered after 20 days will not be accepted.
International shipping (Singapore):
International shipping is via Singpost Airmail and will be shipped within 48 hours after order has been paid for and confirmed. Shipping is calculated by weight for each item and totalled up at checkout.
Registered mail service will only be available for orders of two books and more. We regret that we are unable to offer registered mail services for orders of only one book or orders of only merchandise.
Shipment time varies for each country but will take an average of 6-12 working days. Please contact us if your order has not reached you after 30 days. Any claims for orders not delivered after 45 days will not be accepted.
Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Any loss due to entering a wrong delivery address will not be compensated.
Exchange and return policy
Items that are received damaged or defected within Singapore may be exchanged by sending the item back within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at [email protected] with photographs of the damage or defect for evaluation before sending the item back.
For international customers please contact us at [email protected] for any missing goods within 7 days of receiving your package. Please provide photographs or proof of missing items. We will resend the missing items after verification.
Any damage resulting from use, inappropriate usage/abuse or wear and tear of items over time will not be accepted for exchange.
Returns are typically not accepted. Exchange will supersede returns. Returns will only be possible if damaged item accepted for exchange is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
